hmm... it's 2006 now...fast har...time sure flies... 2005 was sure a happening year...4 Excellence...a class to remember...it sure left an impact in my life...great class with people of great personalites...had our times of fun and trouble...but still..managed to pull thru...haha...hmm...if i were to recollect the events that happened with our class...it's gonna take forever...so let's just keep it in our hearts and remember it forever( or you can just say i'm lazy..whatever)
hmm...anyway...at the last few days of 2005...did some things ba...first...went for a new haircut...promised liwen, one of my daughters, that i would get a new haircut...so couldnt possibly go back on my word...so on tuesday, after tj briefing...almost my whole family went with me to a salon at bedok interchange, recommended by liwen...anyway...i was a big shot har? so many people went into a salon just to see my haircut...kinda stupid also...7 people went in and only me got a haircut? so adam also had his hair cut...haha...accompany me...but his hairstyle din change much...oh well..at least i wasnt alone...
oh ya...the second thing is that...i got a new daughter...hehe...it's jiaxin...wahah...we went out quite often lately...so might as well get her into our big family...so now there is one more elder sister to bully john...wahaha...i love this...hmm...maybe i should acknowledge more children...should let john suffer under more elder siblings...wahaha...
hmmm..third new thing i did...i actually went for countdown...well..not really ba...i mean i went to esplanade there with my family la...there wasnt any countdown...suddenly at about 2350 everyone stood up and went close to the railing surrounding the river...then spotlights and music kicked in....then played for a while....fireworks came out and we finally knew it was new year...not really the countdown i was expecting...but oh well...the fireworks were awesome...though i din really enjoyed myself...i was trying to film it in my phone...as a memory...sad case la..phone lags...kinda pathetic... but that's the best i could do...what to do...now have the urge to own a digital cam...sian....
ok la...the fireworks lasted for about 10 mins...we waited 3 to 4 hours sitting there waiting for it ok? it was worthwhile i suppose...but the wait was horrible...except the last band...the female singer was quite good...sang some good songs...like 'The Reason' and 'Heaven'... but the host and the first band called Vertigo Rush (have you guys heard of this band? apparently i havent and i think i know why)...not that good...i'm trying to be polite here... =P
anyway...after the fireworks...time to leave the place and head for home...which also means time to squeeze and push...typical Singaporeans...cant wait to reach home...ok la...cant blame them...the last train leaves city hall station at 1.30am...so push lor...it was horrible...oh ya...i finally got a rough idea how a refugee camp looked like...maybe you guys should see it too sometime...i forgot to take a photo...the cityhall station was swarmed with people...damn crowded...like refugees waiting to be rescued...haha... think i got too sianed le... it's now 4am btw...i'm still quite awake...must be the coffee that my godsister treated us to...i'm not the type of person who loves coffee btw...but since is her treat...must give face....haha...now must suffer the consquences...oh well...ok....after looking at the monitor for 2 mins...eyes are getting tired....wahahah...time to sleep...ciao!~
